- assist in selection of graphic artist and web designer
- oversee layouts of all printed materials such as: menus, business cards letterhead, promotional materials etc.
- place ads, interview, hire and train all staff
- develop and implement all HR documents such as applications, screening forms, employee handbook, training materials, corrective notices etc.
- access developed partnerships with purveyors and profit from discounts offered to Big Idea Group on items such as: coffee, institutional groceries, china, glass, silver, linen, credit card processing, insurance, payroll services, soda, bulk co2, janitorial services, printing and more.
- cultivate menu and beverage program
- work with chef and principals to standardize recipes and creat production & costing book, ordering guides, inventory sheets etc.
- work with manager and principals to create wine lists, drink menus, coffee & tea program, descriptions, follow-up training materials etc.
- provide training and guidance to principals and management through initial start up phase
- work with consulting or in house book keeper to set up and implement systems as well as oversee training of principals to assume duties
- on site leadership and support
- advise and work with principals on captivating target market
- delegate and oversee implementation of print ads, flyers, mass mailings, e-mail blasts etc.
- set up in house promotions calendar
- conduct weekly P&L meetings with principals and management to optimize profitability
- examine reports with principals and management
